Trust your Intuition!

Trust your Intuition!

With so much happening here in my home town of Brisbane, I have found it not so easy to do my blogging so will share with an article that I wrote some time ago. It is still regarding my poem, My Green String. I had written it to explain in my words how I feel the universal Laws of Attraction works.

“Intuition”

Have you ever been told to trust your intuition? What exactly is meant by that? For that matter what does the word intuition mean?

Wikipedia states:-

Oxford dictionary states:-

(Noun)

  • the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning:we shall allow our intuition to guide us
  • [count noun] a thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning:your insights and intuitions as a native speaker are positively sought

Hi and welcome to my place. I am a professional kinesiologist and own a boutique clinic called Kinique, which is kinesiology uniquely for you! Recently I was guided to write an inspirational poem, Green String, and I would like to share with you some of my journey along the way.

I have used the expression “trust your intuition” and if you are like the old me that may not appear quite so easy. When first starting my career as a Kinesiologist, (one of the natural therapy modalities) I was in denial about the whole metaphysical aspect of life. You would not have found me within cooee of such things as auras, chakras, meridians and as for intuitive belief or psychic guidance I cringed at the thought of it. I did however have the family belief that you should have a trust in what you perceived as the truth. A family motto passed down to me by my maternal grandfather was the saying “to thy own self be true” and it was this saying that assisted me greatly during my studies into the metaphysical aspects of life. If I thought it was getting too weird, I reminded myself of the above thought and I gradually became aware that these sometimes strange words and ideas were in fact tools to identify aspects of life. As I gained knowledge and learned to trust that knowledge a whole new world opened up for me.

I also realized that I had often prayed for assistance and had regularly asked for help from long deceased relations, so just why I was so against the idea of Divine Guidance I am not so sure. It was gradually borne on me that trusting your intuition or guidance was no stranger than praying and asking for strength from others. We are all guided; some by self trust others by family or religious beliefs and many by the utter belief in another’s word. For me it came down to three basic rules that I set so that I could acknowledge and relay information that came my way and these are:-

*To believe in your self

*To be honest about why you need to know

*To be able to share without harming others with words

We are each unique as such we will all have our own way and method of acquiring and sharing knowledge. That’s one of the great aspects of being human, our uniqueness and individuality. Just imagine how dull it would be if we all had the same views and ideas. Another aspect of the unique you is your inner vibration. This vibration is at the very heart of everybody, it is how we communicate without words, how we share our thoughts and emotions with others. It can also be referred to as our life energy or Chi and it is our unique ability to live our lives to our highest ability.

Learn to find your unique vibration and with it the gift of being able to tune into and connect with others, learn to trust your guidance and to be confident in your messages. Tap into the Universal knowledge bank and above all trust the process.

Ask yourself the following questions

*Is the information beneficial to me?

*Is this information beneficial to me on all levels?

*Is this information in my highest good?

Listen and speak with your heart. Start to take notice of seemingly unrelated or sudden thoughts you have. Write them down on post it notes or in a small book. After writing them down, walk away from them and return to whatever you were doing, safe in the knowledge that you have captured your thoughts/guidance. Later when you re-read your notes, allow the energy/vibration of the messages to return and you will easily pick up the thread. The notes will begin to make sense and you will find the answers to many puzzling questions or situations.

How often when a particular event takes place do you find yourself saying “I should have listened to my inner voice” or “I knew that was going to happen”? These are examples of snatches of thoughts or ideas that are given to us daily and most often we forget them or take no notice of them. They form the basis of the vibration of our dreams and wishes, the answers to many of our puzzles in life.

Enjoy your journey, cheers

Marney
